About BC Native Housing Corporation

B.C. Native Housing Corporation (BCNHC) was incorporated in 1977 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the United Native Nations Society (UNNS). Currently, BCNHC is contracted with BC Housing Management Commission to deliver the Rural and Native Housing Program (RNH) to Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal People residing within rural areas located throughout British Columbia.Rural areas are defined as communities with less than 2500 people.  Some areas include Fraser Valley, Sunshine Coast and the Bulkley Valley Region.

What BCNHC Provides

BCNHC provides Property Management Services which includes tenant replacement and counseling for the RNH program in 52 communities consisting of approximately 300 rental single family homes in market and non market areas as defined by BC Housing Management Commission.
